CURRENTLY Accepted insurance plans

Clear Skies Psychology accepts a number of commercial insurance plans, including some Covered California and Medi-Cal plans.

Covered California and Medi-Cal participants must have a plan administered by either Health Net/MHN or Kaiser Permanente in order to use in-network benefits.

Clear Skies Psychology does not accept Medicare.

Clear Skies Psychology works with PPO, EPO, and HMO policies from all of the indicated commercial insurance plans with the exception of Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross (PPO only).

Clear Skies Psychology is not in network with Blue Shield of California PPO or HMO. These plans have mental health benefits administered by Magellan Health and Clear Skies is not in network with Magellan Health.

Clear Skies does accept Blue Shield insurance provided by ILWU (all ILWU plans are in-network). Clear Skies also accepts Blue Shield PPO plans originated outside of California.

Counseling FEES

All Clear Skies Psychology practitioners are fully licensed to practice in the state of California.  We do not allow patients to see unlicensed interns. Our sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and pricing varies based on the educational experience of your counselor, as shown below.

• Masters Level Practitioner (LMFT or LCSW) is $200 per session

• Doctoral Level Practitioner (PhD or PsyD) is $350 per session

Initial intake session fees are higher. Practitioners may set fees that differ from those shown here.
